Alcohol Regulations

• An Alcohol Pass is required to drink alcohol.
• You may only drink alcohol served by the Alcohol-Serving Food Stalls within Omatsuri-park (Yoshida-South Campus Sports Ground).

• Bringing alcoholic beverages from outside the November Festival venue and taking them out of Omatsuri-park are prohibited.
• Drinking hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (alcohol is served 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
• You may have up to three drinks per day at the November Festival.
• Drinking alcohol under the age of 20 is prohibited by law.

Getting an Alcohol Pass

If you wish to drink alcohol at the November Festival, you must wear an Alcohol Pass.

Required Items

One of the following: ・My Number Card (the smartphone version is also accepted) ・At least one photo ID ・At least two forms of ID without a photo

Alcohol Service

• Please show your Alcohol Pass at an "Alcohol-Serving Food Stall."
• Alcohol is served from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• You may have up to three drinks per day at the November Festival. *You may drink until all the spaces on your Alcohol Pass are filled.

Collaboration with the Kyoto University Northern Festival

The November Festival uses the same Alcohol Pass as the Kyoto University Northern Festival, which is held on the same dates.
