Kyoto University November Festival Office welcomes a wide range of coverage of November Festival in order to further promote the attractiveness of November Festival and Kyoto University students. However, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors and Project participants, any coverage without prior permission from November Festival Office is prohibited. We ask all those who are considering reporting or covering the event to please confirm the following information and complete the coverage application process. For inquiries regarding coverage outside the November Festival period, please contact the designated media relations office separately.


Journalistic Activities

  • Taking photos and videos inside November Festival venue with the intention of making them available to the general public.
  • Saving content from the November Festival Official Website (this site) as images or videos with the intent to make it available to the general public.
  • Conducting interviews with November Festival Headquarters Staff, exhibitors, and visitors regarding matters related to November Festival.
  • Providing photographs, videos, or other content recorded on the November Festival Official Website (this site) or on the November Festival Office Official SNS accounts to third parties who intend to make such content available to the general public.
※The general public refers not only to television viewers and book readers, but also to recipients of publicly shared posts on video-sharing platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, as well as social networking services. ※The November Festival venue is part of Yoshida-South Campus and Main Campus within Yoshida Campus.
