About NF

The November Festival (commonly known as NF) is one of the largest school festivals in the Kansai region, held annually in November at Kyoto University. It is a major event where KU students, carrying on the university's tradition of academic freedom, devote all of their talents.

About the Unified Theme

At the November Festival, a catchphrase called the "Unified Theme" is set every year. Ideas are called for from KU students, and the Unified Theme for the year is decided by a vote among KU students. Every year, a unique theme is chosen, attracting attention from both inside and outside the university.
