How to Participate
We accept registrations at the Omatsuri-park Central Tent.
Ⓐ Lottery Slots
You can enter the lottery for free. Please check the results on the notices inside the tent or on the Official Website.
Ⓑ Priority Slots
First 10 people for each time slot can participate via priority slots for 100 yen. The content of the Campus Guide Tour is the same as the lottery slots.

* If you win the lottery, please come to the Omatsuri-park Central Tent at least 5 minutes before the tour starts.
Tour Routes
Yoshida-South Campus Course
We will guide you mainly around Yoshida-South Campus, where first-year students spend much of their time. You can enjoy real stories, from the actual experiences of KU students to behind-the-scenes stories of the buildings supporting their daily lives.
Main Campus Course
We will guide you mainly around Main Campus, home to the Clock Tower and the camphor tree, the symbols of KyotoU. You can enjoy stories about historic buildings and the venues of specialized education for each faculty.
Notes
- Due to network conditions, you may not be able to check the lottery results on the Official Website. In that case, please check at the Omatsuri-park Central Tent. In addition, the start time of the Campus Guide Tour will not be changed.
- In case of rain, the event may be canceled or held with a limited number of participants. Refunds will be issued for priority slots, so please come to the November Festival Headquarters (Lecture room 11, Yoshida-South Campus Academic Center Bldg. (East Wing)).
- Except in the case of cancellation, in principle, no refunds will be issued for priority slots.
- If you wish to cancel your participation, please inform the November Festival Headquarters staff at the tent.
