The Legendary Tonjiru Ramen Is Back!

What happens when you put ramen noodles into tonjiru, a Japanese miso soup with pork and vegetables? You get Tonjiru Ramen!

Inspired by a famous tonjiru restaurant called Tachibana in Niigata, Japan, our ramen brings together rich miso soup, tender pork, sweet vegetables, and chewy noodles. It is a warm and tasty dish with a unique Japanese twist.

Three years ago, our team sold over 1,000 bowls of Tonjiru Ramen, making it a huge success. Now, a group of fourth-year students from Kyoto University’s Faculty of Economics has come together again to bring it back for one last big project before graduation.

We are proud to bring back this special dish and share it with more people.
