Gyozza(Gyoza Pizza)

Nice to meet you all! We’re the Kyoto University Food Party Club! What we’re serving at NF is a pizza made with gyoza wrappers—it’s called “Gyozza”! You’ll find us right inside the north entrance to the Festival Plaza! We handle all kinds of food, but Gyozza is the dish that really wowed us and convinced us to compete with it at this NF—so please come by and give it a try!

What exactly is a “gyoza”? It’s not the traditional way of using gyoza wrappers—where you wrap filling in the dough and pan-fry it—but rather a pizza-style snack where you place toppings directly on the gyoza wrappers as they are and bake them until they’re crispy! Just like pizza, it offers endless possibilities depending on the toppings, but it also has the advantage of being even crispier and crunchier than pizza—making it the ultimate treat!

First up is the classic ketchup flavor—a staple even on pizza! The simple yet undeniably delicious combination of ketchup and tuna offers a sophisticated taste, much like a Margherita pizza!

Second is the slightly indulgent Tuna Mayo & Corn! This dish combines the classic tuna-mayo pairing with the crisp, crunchy texture of corn, showcasing a side of gyoza that’s completely different from ketchup!

Last but not least, we present—believe it or not—Chocolate Banana! Gyoza isn’t just a pizza-style snack! Depending on the combination, it can even serve as a dessert! The gyoza wrappers, which were crispy just moments ago, now combine with chocolate sauce to create a texture just like pie crust! Satisfy your hunger with the ketchup or Tuna Mayo Corn, and be sure to try the Chocolate Banana for dessert!
