京都大学文化・学術サークル『吉田ロンド』

「知性の蕩尽」をモットーに2026年結成。梅棹忠夫の「近衛ロンド」の精神に学び、吉田南に京都大学の"伝統"を呼び起こします。

活動内容: 機関紙『まほろば』発行、各種研究会(社会科学・哲学など)、ゲストスピーカーを招いた定例集会など

創刊の辞

我々はいま新しい雑誌をはじめようとしています。名前は「まほろば」といいます。

　ケチ臭い個人主義と硬直したシステムの専横がきわまるこの時代状況に、痛快かつユーモラスな「否！」を突きつけるべく『まほろば』は創刊されました。

　『まほろば』の発行母体は二〇二六年の立春、京都大学・吉田南キャンパスに新たに発足した文化・学術サークル「吉田ロンド」です。具体的な話は本編の第一部にゆずりますが、端的にいうと、吉田ロンドとは「働いていても、本を読みつづける」ような、過剰なエネルギーをもてあました探求者たちを結びあわせるネットワークです。

　この社会には自分なりの問いをたて、おもろい実践や探求に熱を上げている人々が各所に隠れ棲んでいます。学生・OB・社会人を問わず、そうした連中が寄り集まり、一つの紙面で「踊ってみせる」のが『まほろば』という年二回発行の仮設舞台です。

　ゆえに『まほろば』への寄稿は自由です。テーマも問いません。荒削りでもいいから、なにか面白いネタがあれば気兼ねなく吉田ロンドのメンバーに接触するか、メール（yosida.rondo@gmail.com）に連絡をください。

　専門分化と実証主義にとらわれたアカデミズムのお作法は投げ捨てろ！

　我々は過剰なエネルギーをもて余している

About the organizer

Yosida Rondo

Founded in 2026 with mottos; "Expenditure(dépense) of Intellect" "Scholarship is an Indulgence"

Drawing inspiration from the spirit of the Konoe Rondo, founded by the anthropologist Tadao Umesao, we will revive Kyoto University’s “tradition” on the Yosida-South Campus.

Activities: Publication of our journal, "Mahoroba"; various study groups (social sciences, the Kyoto School); guest lectures; and more.

The Yosida Rondo welcomes young people ambitious enough to rewrite the paradigms of academia.
