About the organizer

Kyodai-tanka

We are a tanka poetry club based at Kyoto University. We welcome a diverse community of undergraduate and graduate students, regardless of their university, year of study, or age.

We hold tanka sessions (utakai) three to four times a month, alongside poetry walks (ginko), group retreats, and the publication of our official literary journal.
