History and Current Situation of the Middle East

Although the Middle East may seem geographically and culturally distant from Japan, events unfolding there can affect our own lives. While we often encounter news about the region, understanding its historical background and current situation can be challenging.

For this exhibition, “History and Current Affairs of the Middle East,” we, as students, have explored the region’s history and current affairs, asking ourselves how to understand what is happening today and how we, living in Japan, might respond.

We hope this exhibition will inspire you to look beyond the headlines and consider how events around the world connect to your own life.

We look forward to welcoming you!
