Origami Exhibition

We, the Kyoto University Origami Circle "Imajiro~", showcase intricate origami art by our members, original items for sale, and a giant display. We also offer various exciting events including a creation contest, so please stop by!

Theme Display: "Diorama"
This year, our unique theme is "Diorama", focusing on two captivating realms: "Marine Life" and "Paleontology". We are taking on a rare and fresh challenge by approaching this exhibition from a whole new angle—innovating not just the models, but the way they are displayed.

General Display
Beyond the theme, our general display features a vast diversity of artwork. You will find everything from cute models and clever, imaginative concepts to simple pieces that capture the essence of traditional origami, as well as highly realistic complex origami.

Giant Piece
We are also featuring our signature giant display. This year, we crafted it from a 3.1-meter square sheet of paper. Come and see this masterpiece with your own eyes!
