Kumano Dormitory Cafeteria

Hello! We’re the Kumano Dormitory Cafeteria, here from Kumano Dormitory! We’ll be setting up a food stall near the Kusunoki Stage for four days, from Friday, November 20, through Monday, November 23! This year’s menu features—believe it or not—three items: alligator meat, kangaroo meat, and dote-ni!! Alligator and kangaroo are rare delicacies you can only try during the NF period! And our dote-ni is perfect for warming you up during this recent cold snap that signals the start of winter! Be sure to give them a try!!

At Kumano Dorm, we have a variety of events, including the food stall event “Kumano Dorm Kudo,” the outdoor event “On the Road!! Kumano Dorm” mentioned earlier, and the stage performance “KMN48”! As you can see, our main goal in participating in NF is to let everyone who visits NF know what Kumano Dorm is all about. Whether you’re a high school student, undergraduate, or graduate student thinking about moving into Kumano Dorm, or simply someone who’s curious—especially if you’re interested but haven’t had a chance to talk to a Kumano Dorm resident yet—we’ll be at NF! Let’s chat a lot!!

And even though the four-day NF is over, the festivities aren’t over yet!! The Kumano Dorm Festival runs from Friday, November 27, through Sunday, December 6!! It’s an incredibly exciting festival featuring hundreds of events—mostly organized by dorm residents—spanning 10 days! You can find festival pamphlets at the Kumano Dorm cafeteria and other locations, so please pick one up! And if any of the events catch your eye, be sure to stop by the festival!

The Kumano Dormitory Cafeteria will be open for four days like this! Please be sure to stop by!
